CurBD’s sole and exclusive warranty is to provide a refund (minus shipping fees) to any customer who returns unacceptable product in accordance with the Return Policy described in Section 4 above. All other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law as set forth in Section 8 below.
CurBD shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure in selling, delivering, or providing products, information, or services due to or caused by any act of God, declared or undeclared war, riot or civil commotion, disease, pandemic, fire, flood, storm, mudslide, earthquake, power failure, weather event, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies, or facilities, or other similar events beyond our control that prevent, impede, or delay CurBD’s performance.
